Old Masters Stains

Penetrating Stain Penetrating Stain offers the professional or hobbyist quick application and fast turn around time on any bare wood surface. Topcoats can be sprayed in as quickly as 1 to 2 hours, or 4 to 6 hours if applied with an applicator.

Wiping Stain is a rich, heavy-bodied, controllable masking stain that does not blotch on softwood or difficult to stain wood species. This easy to use stain, which allows 30 minutes of open time, is the best choice for staining over previously finished surfaces, woodgraining, faux finishing or antiquing over painted surfaces.

Graining Base is a premium alkyd eggshell enamel base paint that is used as the first step in our wood graining process. It offers excellent adhesion, durability and chip resistance.

This new formula is deeply pigmented. It comes in three factory mixed colors and can be intermixed or tinted to achieve one-of-a-kind hues.
